chocolate brownie cake with chocolate mousse and glaze. You can just spot a eager child waiting for a slice in the background!
mango sensation
mango and apricot bavarois with hazlenut cake and liqueur soaked fruit. Found making fruit puree base for mousse myself tastes nicest and can adjust sweetness more easily
chris' birthday cake
birthday cake for chris. blackberry bavarois, almond dacquiose and a printed giconda cake. Just got the Pierre Herme bible and couldn't resist this one.
