red fruits cake for Louise's birthday
fresh raspberries and strawberries over a raspberry mousse and almond cake below. Pink printed giconda cake to finish it off. A very pink cake! The white chocolate rose sets off the fruit decoration.
raspberry white chocolate and cardammon
hazelnut cake for base with raspberries soaked in framboise liqueur covered in raspberry mousse. I used a white chocolate layer with ground cardommon to give a contrasting flavour.
glazed hazelnut chocolate cake
hazlenut chocolate base cake with bitter sweet chocolate bavarois and a glaze from the paco torreblanca book. Much more shiny and glossy than PH. This was a cake for Stuarts retirement from work.
